Where to find glue on whitewall for tires?

When I was growing up my friends and I used to make blackwall tires into whitewalls by gluing phony whitewalls to the sides of the tires. I would like to do this to a car I presently own, but can’t find the phony whitewalls anywhere. Does anyone still make these things?
