Shoe polish for a car carpet?
Question:
The black carpet is a little bit faded on my 1959 Ford Galaxy. What can I do without replacing it?
Is there some kind of paint to spray on or can I use black shoe polish? Your help would sure be appreciated.

I don’t recommend using shoe polish. Interior dye will do the trick and since your carpet is black you shouldn’t have any trouble matching the color. Most of the larger restoration suppliers sell interior dye.
