I drive a 1965 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck to work every day. I would like to replace the generator with a higher output internally regulated alternator. What do I need to know to wire the alternator to my truck?

Answer:

Wiring an internally regulated alternator into your truck is really quite simple. Wire it in accordance with the diagram below and you should not have any problems.
